User Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Send an email to: team@dialogik.co

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request

In the email, include:

• Your name.
• The Instagram username connected to the app.
• The Facebook account or Page connected to the app, if applicable.
• A clear statement that you want your data deleted.

What we delete

After receiving a valid request, we will delete data associated with your connected account, including:

• Connected account identifiers.
• Instagram media metadata stored by the app.
• Instagram performance metrics stored by the app.
• Access tokens or credentials associated with your account.

Timing

We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period of time, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

Revoking access through Meta

You can also remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram account settings:

Facebook or Instagram settings → Apps and websites → find the app → Remove

Removing the app may stop future access, but you should still contact us if you want stored data deleted from our systems.
